Our names are Chris and Karen and we decided to buy in Cyprus after enjoying many happy holidays there ourselves.

We decided on our apartment after seeing several in various locations in the Paphos area. 
 
Location for us was one of the most important factors when it came to choosing our apartment and we feel that it is in an ideal location. 
 
Close enough to all the activities offered in the main tourist areas whilst enjoying the peace and tranquility of a village environment.

You can really relax and unwind here especially in the evenings sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool with a Brandy Sour or a glass or two of the local wine, finishing off with a visit to the local taverna to sample some of the delicious locally grown produce.

So if you are looking for a relaxed holiday in a peaceful setting offering a ‘home from home’ experience then our apartment will be ideal for you.  Our fully equipped apartment can comfortably sleep up to 5 people in fully air-conditioned accommodation.

The Elpiniki complex is situated on the outskirts of Emba village in a quiet residential area.  The small friendly complex of apartments and townhouses is built to a very high standard. 
 
At the centre of the complex is the pool and sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols together with a wooden gazebo and picnic tables.
